Adults ages 18+ are added to this RO-DBT Skills Class on a rolling start basis, and are being treated for a variety of conditions. This class is for 2.5 hours with a 30 minute break. Skills class is offered concurrent with individual therapy at Fjord Consulting, PLLC. Please reach out if you believe you need an exception to this expectation.
